Research Areas
Dr. Ohman Strickland conducts research into statistical methods to evaluate environmental-health associations. This includes evaluations of such associations when the response is ordinal, non-normal and/or is measured repeated following exposures. She has collaborated extensively as a biostatistician/co-investigator on projects looking at symptom and physiological effects of acute ambient exposures using the controlled environmental facility and other controlled exposure studies as well as studies of health effects of chronic occupational exposures (such as lead).
