Software & Hardware Support

Use Workorder Portal Logon – Option 1 (Submit a Network Services Workorder) – Select  Problem Type service from dropdown menu

ENS will provide, installation and maintenance the following software packages in all systems:

  • Windows 10 Pro / IOs

  • Office 365 Desktop Applications

  • Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader

  • Firefox and Chrome Browsers

  • Cisco AMP Virus Protection

  • Video Players (QuickTime, VLC)

Installed upon request (License purchase may be required)

  • SAS (Limited licenses available for faculty/staff) 

  • SPSS (Limited licenses available for faculty/staff)

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (license purchase required)

  • EndNote (free for all RBHS employees)

Hardware maintenance, support and upgrades.
 
Talk to us about parts, repairs, upgrades, equipment suggestions and any issues regarding hardware compatibility and instrument hardware/firmware updates.
 

If you need to purchase hardware and other software packages ENS can assist you with price quotes for the latest software and hardware versions. ENS can often get special education, state or volume discounts.
