This is a beta version of a new room reservation system. Please give it a try and let me know what you think. You are just testing it for usability – you won’t actually be reserving a room.

When you request a room, it shows up on the calendar in blue, which means “pending approval.” Once it is approved it will show up either in green (“approved”) or in solid gray with no details visible (“blocked” – same as approved but with privacy).
