OBJECTIVES:

  1. Worksite based intervention decreases the risk of patient-to-worker violence. 
  2. Routine surveillance is not mandated in healthcare personnel exposed to anti-neoplastic agents. 
  3. Safe Patient Handling Programs have a positive impact on personnel  injuries.

 

Target Audience:: Environmental and/or occupational medicine practitioners, community health workers, industrial hygienists, researchers, students of air pollution health effects and to others in the field of environmental and occupational safety and health. Occupational Physicians, Nurses, Industrial Hygienists, fellows, residents, medical students and environmental exposure scientists.
