The Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences Institute (EOHSI) at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey is recognized as one of the premier institutes in the field of environmental and occupational health for over 30 years. EOHSI is home to multiple research centers including a P30 Center of Excellence, two T32 training grants (Toxicology and Exposure Science) from the NIEHS, a CounterAct Center, among others.  EOHSI also houses an Occupational and Environmental Health Clinic, home to the Rutgers Occupational Medicine Residency Program and to a CDC Center for treatment and research on health issues in First Responders to the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks. EOHSI is a resource for occupational and environmental health at the local state and national levels.
