Dr. Jeffrey Laskin is the recipient of The Board of Trustees Award for Excellence in Research presented by the President of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey on May 4, 2017.
 
This award is presented in recognition of his groundbreaking work in toxicology, particularly his work on the outcomes and consequences of chemical weapons on human health, and his ability to translate basic research into the development of countermeasures to mitigate potential toxic exposure.
