We sponsor numerous conferences and seminars on various environmental, occupational and public health issues each year. Conferences are held at EOHSI’s facilities in Piscataway, New Jersey.
EOHSI/NIEHS Seminar Series
Thursdays, 12:00 Noon, EOHSI Room C. EOHSI and its NIEHS Center for Environmental Exposures and Disease (CEED) sponsor a weekly seminar series. Leading scientists from around the world visit EOHSI and present the results of their cutting-edge research in the fields of toxicology, exposure science, environmental epidemiology, clinical research, neurotoxicology and environmental health policy. Samuel Kuna Distinguished Lectureship in Toxicology
Each year EOHSI presents a special seminar, featuring well-known experts in various aspects of toxicology. Recent speakers have included Kenneth Ramos (University of Arizona), Cheryl Lyn Walker (Texas A&M), and David Eaton (University of Washington). The Kuna lecture is held at 4 PM in EOHSI Room C.
EOHSI Clinical Research and Occupational Medicine Grand Rounds
Tuesdays, 1:30 PM, EOHSI Room A/B. Every Tuesday at 1:30 pm, the EOHSI Clinical Research and Occupational Medicine Division sponsors seminars on current trends in occupational medicine as well as various topics in clinical research.
