Please make the check payable to EOHSI in U.S. dollars. Remittance should be free of bank charges. An official receipt will be mailed to you when payment has been received.


Cancellation and Refunds

Written notification to the address above is required for all cancellations. Registration fees are 75% refundable for cancellations by to May 15, 2005. Bank charges and exchange rate differences will be deducted. Unfortunately, cancellations after that date are not refundable.


Name Badges

Badges will be used during the workshop. Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge which will be available at the Registration Desk.


Registration Desk

The Registration Desk will be located in the main lobby of the Poros Image Hotel and will be open on Sunday, June 12, from 10:00 to 13:00 prior to the start of the Workshop.
